Ever since we watched the film Moana, we said it would be brilliant if they featured it on Disney on Ice. Well that’s what we said when we finally took a break from singing the catchy songs. We were thrilled when we saw the line up of characters in the new Disney on Ice: Dream Big show. It looks incredible with all of our favourites, Moana, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin.
My all-time favourite moments from Disney on Ice will be in this show: Elsa’s transformation complete with snow and Rapunzel’s magical lanterns. There is something so magical about seeing these special moments performed on ice. The scenes from the Little Mermaid where Ariel swimming with all the sea creatures Under the Sea is wonderful, you really get the feeling you are under the ocean with the ice skating and incredible costumes. For this reason, we expect Moana will be wonderful set on ice. We can’t wait to see Beauty and the Beast and how whether Aladdin flies on a real magic carpet.
If that wasn’t enough, there will also be the chance for you and the kiddies to warm up and bust a move at the extra special Fit to Dance pre-show celebrating 90 years of Walt Disney’s true original, Mickey Mouse.
