Molly brought home a great recipe for Robin Oreo Truffles last year. They were really simple to make. With just a few simple ingredients. They make an easy homemade gift for friends or relatives. We thought the shape would be brilliant to make robins for Christmas. They turned out super cute and tasted amazing.

You Will Need
- 110g Oreo cookies
- 60g cream cheese
- 110g chocolate
- red candy melts
- candy eyeballs
- orange jelly candies

Method
- First, crumble the Oreos with a rolling pin or in a food processor. Stir in the cream cheese. Cover with cling film and refrigerate.
- Roll into balls. Refrigerate.
- Melt the chocolate. Dip the chocolate into the melted chocolate and place it on a tray to dry.
- Add a red candy melt for the stomach, two candy eyes and a triangle of orange jelly candy for the beak. Set in the fridge.

Once the chocolate has set these will keep until Christmas, well if you can resist them as they are very moreish.
