PLAYMOBIL has created a FREE knitting pattern of its first-ever PLAYMOhair beanie
Inspired by the world famous PLAYMOBIL hairdo to celebrate PLAYMOBIL’s 40th anniversary this Christmas

The iconic PLAYMOBIL hairstyle is cemented in modern popular culture and recognised the world over, with many fans getting haircuts in this style, not to mention its influence on catwalk trends. So for the first time ever, iconic toy company PLAYMOBIL is making it possible for everyone to knit their own version of the famous hairdo into a beanie this Christmas.
To mark the brand’s 40th anniversary year, PLAYMOBIL has created a capsule collection of bobble hats, named ‘PLAYMOhair’, in collaboration with the UK’s fashion capital knitwear specialists, Electronic Sheep. A limited-edition range, four colours have been produced with only forty of each made to celebrate this landmark year.

Simply follow this knitting guide to create your own unique take on the PLAYMOBIL haircut in any colour you want! Aimed at those already knitting, this guide requires basic knitting skills and is officially categorised as ‘easy’ on the scale of skills needed to follow this pattern.
