Bunchems Bunchbot Review

The girls asked for Bunchems for their birthday but it was one of the gifts they didn’t get. They were therefore delighted when I told them we were reviewing the Bunchems BunchBot. This is a fun gadget that helps you make amazing creations using Bunchems.

Bunchems Bunchbot

The BunchBot comes with everything you need to get started. If you haven’t seen Bunchems then they are colourful, little balls which stick together to make any shape you want. In this set, you get 300 Bunchems in rainbow colours. You also get 8 accessories like eyes and mouths, so that you can make faces as well as the BunchBot and a book of ideas. The BunchBot itself has a cute face and is a really clever gadget.

The BunchBot is easy to use and has simple diagrams to follow. You make each layer following the pattern separately. Next, you put the tray into the Bunchbot and press the head down. Your model starts to appear at the top.

When all the stages are complete, you take the head off and swap for the remover gadget.

Your finished creation appears and you can add the finishing touches. It is really exciting to see the finished model coming out the Bunchbot. Molly loved making a giraffe as it’s her favourite animal.

This toy is suitable for children from aged 6 and over. Once they have mastered following the steps they will be able to do it completely independently. It is also mess free so perfect if you hate messy crafts. You will need to buy a separate container to store the Bunchems and accessories though as it does not come with one. Once you have made your amazing creation you can take it apart and make something else. You don’t have to follow the ideas in the book, you can make your own.

This is a great set for somebody new to Bunchems and costs under £30 so would be a good present for Christmas or birthdays.
