Best Places To Take Your Family In July

When it comes to planning a perfect family holiday, the hardest part is in deciding which places to go and coming up with a list of things to do. Also, you need to make sure that it is something that your kids will love and cherish for the rest of their lives. To help you with this, here’s a list of the best places to take your family on a holiday break in July.

Just like the kids, parents are also looking forward to a holiday break in July. And who doesn’t? It is when school is out and workloads are lighter, making it a perfect time for family travel.

1. France

France is blessed with great weather during the summer months, which tends to be warm and sunny. But aside from the weather, another thing that makes France a great destination for a family holiday is that it offers a wealth of activities to entertain both adults and kids. In Paris, you can go cruising down the River Seine, check out a number of museums, and have some fun at Disneyland.

Nice is another family-friendly destination in France that offers tons of activities for everyone. You can stroll at the Old Town, visit the parks, or hit up the beach. But if you want your holiday to be a truly unforgettable one, book a stay at one of those gorgeous chateaus. These are centuries-old castles that were turned into hotels and you’ll find them scattered all over France.

2. Ireland

Ireland is sure to delight your little ones with its incredible landscapes, historical sights, and family parks. The Lough Boora Discovery Park offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Here, you can go hiking, biking, or simply hang out with the ducks and geese. Bunratty Castle is also fun to explore, especially its gorgeous walled garden with a play area that’s perfect for small kids. For those inspired by Bunratty, there are Irish castles available to rent, throughout the country which might give your July trip that extra excitement for the whole family.

For adventurous families, hiking up to the Cliffs of Moher should be first on your itinerary. The gorgeous town of Killarney is also fun to explore as well as the breathtaking Kylemore Abbey.

Cornwall is a great holiday destination especially for families with small kids in tow. It has beautiful beaches and offers plenty of fun activities for both adults and kids.

In Cornwall, you’ll find lots of reasonably priced, cozy holiday cottages that cater to families with kids. Some of these are equipped with a playground and pool where you can have some fun with your little ones. What’s more, Cornwall has plenty of parks and attractions that the entire family can explore.

4. Singapore

Singapore is a great destination for a cultural and adventurous holiday with the family. It offers plenty of cultural experiences but with all the modern comforts of the Western world. In fact, when it comes to the safest and cleanest countries in Asia, Singapore definitely tops the list.

There are lots of fun things to do in Singapore with your kids, not to mention the awesome weather, especially in summer. Create fun memories at Universal Studios, enjoy a close encounter with wild animals at Singapore Zoo or frolic at the beaches of Sentosa Island. Before you set off for a holiday in Singapore, don’t forget to secure travel insurance that can cover flight cancellations and some other things that could go wrong during your holiday.
